Protodramon re-design

I redesigned Protodramon to look a little less..... bleh. Only real difference is his hew head shape. Gave him more of a beak than a blocky snout. His Proto Flame move got a darker contrast to the lighter bit and he has more of a tail now. His eyes are a closer to being on the sides of his head than the front. It's somewhat an in-between deal with them. While his mouth is beakish, he still has those rows of tiny little biters.
